We have completed many large and small contracts over the last years and attach a list which is indicative of the size of the contracts awarded.

The largest commercial system completed has been Century City Road verges including various precincts such as Bougain Villas , Knights Bridge , Manhattan , Island Club and Waterstone valued in excess of R 6,100,000 Ratanga Junction is also one of our most prestigeous projects to date completed in 1997.

The largest Golf course contract was the Gary Player Course at Sun City valued at R 8,436,000 which was installed and completed in 2011.

SAPS FAURE - NEW SHOOTING RANGE TRAINING FACILITIES

We received the appointment to install the irrigation system for the upgrade of the existing SAPS Shooting Range in Faure , Cape Town. This facility will house 3 pistol ranges , a R5 rifle range , a tactical shooting range as well as shotgun ranges. This world class facility built by Haw & Inglis Projects is part of the Department of Public Works R78bn overhaul of the SAPS. With +-2500 sprinkllers and 24 000 meters of piping to be installed this is one of the biggest projects underway in Cape Town and we are proud to be part of the team. CHEVRON - CENTURY CITY

We successfully tendered on the new Chevron head office in Century City. The building is to be built according to environmentally friendly principles and is aiming for Green Star SA certification from the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA). We look forward to the unique conditions of this site and are proud to be associated with this project.

BUS RAPID TRANSPORT - RATANGA ROAD TO OMURAMBA

After successfully installing the first phase of the BRT network in Cape Town city centre we recently successfully tendered on a new phase of the BRT network linking Century City to the M5 Koeberg Road via Omuramba road. We look forward to installing this system as part of the overall My City bus transit network currently being rolled out in Cape Town.

BLOEMHOF ELECTRICAL HEAD QUARTERS - BELLVILLE

The City of Cape Town will be establishing new offices for its Electricity Department to be located within the suburb of Bloemhof, Bellville. The site has been previously developed and comprised of hard surfaced parking areas, residential buildings and tennis courts. The new office building will be a five storey structure approximately 23.8m in height, consisting mainly of offices configured around a central glazed atrium. A two hundred seat auditorium will be located on the ground floor opposite the entrance, with supporting cafeteria, bar and seating areas also flanking the atrium. We were appointed to install the new irrigation system for this 5-Star Geen Building.

ASHTON PARK - CENTURY CITY

Ashton Park is Rabie’s new residential precinct in Century City, just ten minutes north of Cape Town’s CBD. Ideally situated between the northernmost creek of the Intaka Island water body and the new Curro Century City private school campus, this secure, beautifully landscaped residential enclave is nearing completion. Ashton Park offers family-friendly features such as play parks and green areas, a communal swimming pool, direct access to the school grounds, and cutting-edge fibre-optic cabling – the fastest internet connection available. The entire development has been planned and designed by award-winning architect Gisele Vanderstraeten. Completion and transfer are scheduled from late 2014 to early 2015.

BRIDGEPARK : CENTURY CITY

Growthpoint Properties and the Rabie Property Group are to jointly develop a 18,049 square metre office project in Century City to meet the burgeoning demand for offices in the precinct. To be known as Bridge Park, the development will comprise two large “green buildings” to be built on a high profile site on Ratanga Road in the Bridgeways Precinct. We received the appointment to install the irrigation system for this exciting new project.
